Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating — especially if you’re afraid of being judged, misunderstood, or unsure whether therapy will actually help. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or like you’re barely holding things together on the outside, you’re not alone.

My approach is warm, direct, practical, and collaborative. I help clients not only process emotions, but also understand why certain patterns keep happening and how to create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we focus on building emotional awareness, healthier coping skills, nervous system regulation, and stronger relationships.

Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, attachment wounds, self-esteem issues, or difficulty managing intense emotions. I work to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, understood, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

If any of this resonates with you, I’d be honored to support you in your healing process.

My approach to therapy

I’m not a passive therapist who simply listens without helping you move forward. My approach is collaborative, structured, and action-oriented. I work to help clients better understand their emotional patterns while also providing practical tools they can apply in everyday life.

In our sessions, you can expect:

  • Psychoeducation and insight into emotional/relationship patterns
  • Practical coping and regulation strategies
  • Educational resources, handouts, and reflective exercises
  • Evidence-based interventions tailored to your needs
  • A supportive space that balances validation with growth and accountability

I integrate several therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT-informed strategies, Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Trauma-Informed care. I tailor sessions to each individual or couple based on their goals, emotional needs, and relationship dynamics.

My goal is to help clients feel more emotionally grounded, self-aware, and capable of creating lasting change—not just temporary relief.

What you can expect from me

Our work together begins with connection. In the first session, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and understood—not judged or rushed.

We’ll spend time getting to know your story, current struggles, relationship patterns, emotional stressors, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Rather than feeling like a cold assessment, I aim for our first session to feel like an honest and supportive conversation that helps build trust and direction for our work together.

Depending on your needs, I may also introduce attachment or trauma-response assessments to help us better understand patterns related to anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationships, coping styles, or nervous system responses. Many people carry experiences and survival patterns that impact daily life without fully realizing it.

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical. Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns, building insight, and developing tools that help you feel more emotionally grounded and empowered moving forward.
