Great to meet you!

I am a LGBTQIA+ therapist and earned my masters in clinical mental health counseling from Kent State University. My experience and focus has been in treating trauma related disorders, OCD, disordered eating, dissociative disorders, religious trauma and ethical non monogamy dynamics.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is never one size fits all approach and will always be open to explore what works for my clients, I also include humor when needed. I use an integrative lens for therapy pulling from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) with an underlying existential framework.

What you can expect from me

Therapy can be overwhelming at first, so I believe the first session is a time to ease into exploring goals and building a safe environment. We will cover some background information and begin exploring what brings you to therapy.
