Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety or depression, or navigating stress, grief, or a life transition, you’re not alone. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I’ve been working in the field for four years. I work with adults and specialize in trauma-informed care.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach and strive to create a space where you feel safe to share openly. I use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, build effective coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. My goal is to support and empower you as an individual, meeting you where you are and working together at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed and supportive conversation where we’ll begin getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you in, your goals for therapy, and any concerns you may have. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—this is your space. Together, we’ll start building a plan that feels comfortable for you.
