Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals - from identifying barriers and working through them to empowering clients to take more action over what's in their control. This passion is ultimately what led me to a career change into clinical social work after 8 years working in the software/tech industry. I returned to graduate school in 2017 and received my master's in social work from Columbia University.

My approach to therapy

I take a more psychodynamic approach to therapy while also incorporating various evidence-based treatment interventions. Additionally, I am trained in perinatal mental health and psychotherapy.

I primarily work with clients experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, grief and loss, and trauma.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be met with empathy and genuine curiosity. My goal is to create a safe space that allows for real human connection and support in identifying what challenges clients are hoping to overcome.
