Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Olivia, an LPC-MHSP passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults through mental and behavioral challenges. I have extensive experience in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, risky and problem sexual behaviors, and other life stressors in outpatient, hospital, and intensive residential settings.

My approach to therapy

I believe that each person deserves a safe space to navigate life's challenges where they feel as though their emotions are validated and strengths are celebrated. I meet each client with compassion, non-judgment, and encourage the building of confidence, autonomy, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma-related distress and symptoms. During our initial sessions, we will identify the prioritized challenges and collaborate on a plan to address them in an empathic and non-judgmental way that promotes client empowerment, autonomy, and confidence.
