Great to meet you!

I have years of experience supporting adults and teens as they heal from trauma, anxiety, and depression. I believe meaningful healing involves more than understanding our experiences intellectually—it also involves reconnecting with the body and helping the nervous system develop a greater sense of safety. In our work together, I can help you move beyond insight alone and develop practical tools and embodied practices to better understand and respond to the patterns underlying your struggles.

I am trained in Somatic Experiencing and Brainspotting, evidence-informed somatic approaches that can support healing from trauma and C-PTSD. I especially enjoy helping people reconnect with their bodies, access and integrate the full range of their emotions, and develop a deeper sense of aliveness, authenticity, and connection with themselves and others.

I have experience working with neurodivergent individuals, highly sensitive people, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and people who embrace alternative relationship and lifestyle structures, including consensual non-monogamy. I strive to create a space where you can show up as your whole self—without judgment—and feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy

I create a container of radical acceptance where all emotions and experiences are welcomed with compassion. I am warm, authentic, and collaborative, I use Somatic Therapy and IFS-informed approaches to help you feel safer in your body, integrate all parts of who you are, and develop practical tools they can use between sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you can begin to take off your mask and show up as your full, authentic self. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change, and what you envision for your life. Together, we’ll begin to explore the patterns and protective parts that have helped you cope, at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Most importantly, there’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready—we’ll start wherever you are and begin building a foundation for our work together.
