Great to meet you!

I have been a therapist for over 14 years, helping adults with diverse identities and backgrounds to address their challenges and move towards what matters to them. I worked in community mental health and have almost 9 years experience as a therapist in higher education. I grew up outside of the US and cherish learning about other cultures. I have experience helping folks with anxiety, depression, life transitions, decision-making, relationship issues, grief, psychosis, and identity exploration.

My approach to therapy

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Self Compassion tools to help folks to explore their internal experiences as a part of shaping their ways of being in the world.

I like to imagine that my clients and I are curious, nonjudgmental, compassionate social scientists, collaborating to understand their challenges and strengths in order to meet their goals.

What you can expect from me

My clients tell me that they leave sessions with increased clarity, feeling validated, and energized to experiment with new ways of engaging in their lives.
