Biography Ms. Olubukola “Elizabeth” Ajayi has been in nursing since 2001 when she obtained her LPN in NY. She provided care in nursing homes until she returned to school and completed her associate's degree in nursing. Ms. Ajayi has continued to further her education and is now board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Telecare. Ms. Ajayi believes “the nursing field provides a constant field of learning. Mental health practitioner appealed to me because I wanted to care for my patients on a different level, given the whole perspective and already having the experience as a nurse.” Her patient care philosophy is “promoting mental in my patients and promoting good mental health and holistic wellness practices in the community I serve.

” Professionally, Ms. Ajayi believes her most impactful work comes from her nurse practitioner role making it “possible to spend more time with her patients and truly educating them about their conditions.” She also feels that “giving my patient the freedom to schedule their appointment and be seen online is one of the meaningful steps in the patient care experience.”
