I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience working with a variety of mental health disorders and specializing in working with both adolescents and adults who suffer from ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and several other mental health disorders.

My approach to therapy

I believe in developing a therapeutic relationship that is client-centered and based on mutual trust and respect. I am an advocate of a holistic approach to patient care that focuses not just on a patient’s disorder but on total wellness. I’m dedicated to helping people achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
