Great to meet you!

I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, mood disorders, ADHD, and irritability in children with Autism. I understand that each patient’s mental health journey is unique, and I’m committed to meeting you where you are—offering empathy, education, and support as we navigate the path to healing together.

My approach to therapy

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I take a patient-centered, compassionate approach to mental health care, grounded in evidence-based treatment. I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to honor each person’s unique values, beliefs, and lived experiences, while building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, collaboration, and mutual respect.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're struggling with a new diagnosis, have experienced past treatment disappointments, or are simply ready for a fresh start, I believe in creating space for recovery, growth, and renewed hope.

I provide care in person and via telehealth to individuals and families in the Georgia suburbs. Let’s connect and take the next step toward healing—together.
