Olusola Olawale, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, MPH is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with over seven years of experience delivering comprehensive care across inpatient, outpatient, and home healthcare settings. With dual certification in psychiatric and primary care, Olusola specializes in psychiatric assessment, DSM-IV/V diagnosis, medication management, and crisis intervention, providing holistic, patient-centered care to diverse populations.

My approach is about balance—balancing clinical precision with compassion, and evidence-based treatment with individualized care. I’m very intentional about accurate diagnosis and medication management, but I also prioritize building trust and understanding each patient’s unique situation. That balance leads to better engagement and outcomes.

In the first session, clients can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where their concerns are heard. I start by getting to know them—their history, current challenges, and goals—so I can understand the full picture. Together, we discuss what’s most important to them and begin building a plan tailored to their needs. By the end, clients usually feel understood, supported, and clear about next steps.
