Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I believe that healing does not happen in isolation.

Each of us is shaped by our families, communities, culture, socioeconomic experiences, and the systems we move through every day. My work is grounded in understanding the full context of who you are — not just your symptoms.

I began my career in community-based settings, which deeply shaped my belief that people are incredibly resilient when given the right support and tools. I am trained at the Family Institute, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding how generational patterns, family systems, and cultural narratives influence our decision-making, relationships, and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is multisystemic and flexible. We often begin with practical, behavioral strategies to help reduce immediate distress — whether that’s anxiety, depression, stress, or relationship challenges. As our work deepens and trust builds, I integrate more insight-oriented and psychoanalytic approaches to explore underlying patterns and help create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients often come to me when they: Feel stuck in repeated relationship patterns.

Struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, or burnout. Are navigating life transitions.

Want to better understand how their background shapes their current experiences.

Are high-functioning but feel internally overwhelmed.

I strive to create a space that feels thoughtful, culturally responsive, and grounded. I will both support and gently challenge you when needed.

My goal is not just symptom relief — but helping you feel more aligned, empowered, and clear in your life.

Therapy is a collaborative process. You are the expert in your experience; I bring tools, perspective, and structure to help you move forward.

If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
