Great to meet you!

I know you look like you’ve got it all together, but inside it feels messy, heavy, and exhausting. You may feel stuck in the same patterns, trying different ways to cope and ending up back in the same place, overwhelmed, unmotivated, and hard on yourself. I believe your past hasn’t broken you; there’s still a part of you that wants more. With 15 years of experience supporting people through depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction, I’m here to help you feel more grounded, hopeful, and in control of your life again.

My approach to therapy

In our first sessions, we’ll slow things down and make space for your story. Together, we’ll sort through the emotions and experiences that led you here, using expressive arts or straightforward talk therapy, whatever feels most natural and safe for you. Step by step, we’ll explore practical tools and strategies that fit your real life, not an idealized version of it.

What you can expect from me

Over time, we may gently explore earlier experiences and childhood wounds that still shape how you see yourself today. I’m especially passionate about helping you hear, honor, and heal your inner child so you can feel less powerless and more valued, by others and by yourself. If you’re ready to stop carrying this alone and start feeling like yourself again (or maybe for the first time), I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
