Great to meet you!

Are you struggling to reach your full potential and living authentically? Is it challenging to navigate life's stressors? Are you struggling with childhood trauma, past sexual abuse, physical assault, depression or relationship concerns? I am committed to accompanying you on your unique journey through healing. I work with diverse individuals, particularly Black women and folks, young professionals, undergraduate and graduate students, immigrants and marginalized folks.

My approach to therapy

Together, we can explore new perspectives and redefine aspects of your life that will offer you strength and empowerment. I know what a big step it is to seek support and I applaud you for getting this far. There is healing in telling our story and the first step is a consultation! Email me and let's get to work!

What you can expect from me

My aim is to provide you with clarity, compassion, and strengthen your voice throughout our partnership. You can hope to leave me with a coping skills tool box, life can be difficult and we often aren't taught how to manage stressors. In sessions with me you will be provided with tools and taught various skills you can utilize to manage your stressors appropriately. I provide an affirming space for you to process the things that feel the most present.
