Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm glad you're taking this important step toward improving your mental health. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I'm honored to be part of your journey.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with experience in inpatient psychiatric and forensic mental health settings. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, and other mood and behavioral health concerns. Whether you're seeking care for the first time, managing an existing condition, or looking for a fresh perspective on your treatment, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard and respected.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and patient-centered. I believe the best outcomes come from building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I take the time to understand your concerns, answer your questions, and involve you in every step of your treatment so we can develop a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.

My goal is to help you achieve lasting improvements in your mental health, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more balanced, confident, and empowered.

I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward better mental health.

My approach to therapy

Everyone's mental health journey is unique, and I believe care should be personalized to meet your individual needs. We'll work together as partners to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals. My priority is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout your care.

What you can expect from me

During your first visit, we'll discuss your concerns, review your history, and develop a personalized treatment plan. If medication is started or adjusted, we'll typically follow up within 2–4 weeks to assess your response, review any side effects, and make changes as needed. Once you're doing well and symptoms are stable, follow-up visits may be spaced farther apart. You're always welcome to reach out sooner with any questions or concerns.
