Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or simply not like yourself? Perhaps you're struggling to focus, dealing with depression, navigating a major life change, or feeling stuck despite your best efforts. You don't have to face these challenges alone.

As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I am passionate about helping individuals find clarity, balance, and hope. With years of experience in mental health care, including a strong foundation as a psychiatric nurse, I understand that every person's journey is unique. My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take charge of your mental health.

I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, stress, and other mental health challenges. I believe effective treatment is more than prescribing medication—it's about understanding the whole person. I take time to listen, learn about your experiences, and collaborate with you to develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs, goals, and lifestyle.

Clients often describe me as compassionate, approachable, and easy to talk to. I value building genuine therapeutic relationships based on trust, respect, and open communication. Whether you're seeking help for the first time or looking for a provider who truly listens, I am committed to walking alongside you throughout your healing journey.

Taking the first step toward better mental health is a sign of strength. If you're ready to begin that journey, I would be honored to support you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on you. As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I provide a safe, supportive space where you can openly discuss your concerns and goals.

I tailor treatment to your unique needs and view care as a partnership. Together, we will explore challenges and create a personalized plan that may include medication management, education, coping strategies, and coordination with other providers when needed.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where we will take time to get to know each other. We will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, mental health history, medical background, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals so I can gain a comprehensive understanding of your needs. My goal during the first session is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and understood while creating a clear path forward toward improved mental health and overall well-being.
