Great to meet you!

As a psychotherapist, I have been working in the field since 2014. I began working with teens in a school based setting, and emerging adults who suffered from depressive and anxiety disorders. I have a masters degree in marriage and family therapy and also minored in sociology.

My approach to therapy

I work from an individual and family systems perspective. I am a Gottman Level 2 trained therapist. I utilize techniques from a variety of theoretical orientations but mainly focus in cognitive behavior therapy and rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT).

What you can expect from me

I also follow a strength-based approach, which means that I believe you have the ability to heal yourself. Through this I will be your traveling companion to support and guide you to become your authentic self. I provide a non-judgmental environment, creating a safe space for overcoming hardships.

I look forward to the opportunity to work collaboratively with you, and guide you to approach life in a new way.
