Great to meet you!

When a teen is struggling, the whole family can feel it. I work with teens and parents facing emotional overwhelm, behavior challenges, family conflict, and stress. Therapy with me is supportive, engaging, and focused on practical tools you can use in daily life. My goal is to help families feel more connected, understood, and hopeful.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, engaging, and practical approach to therapy. I work with teens and parents who are dealing with emotional overwhelmed, behavior challenges, family conflict, or feeling disconnected from one another. My goal is to help clients feel understood while building coping skills, improving communication, and creating real change. I tailor therapy to each client’s needs using a trauma-informed, supportive approach.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I create a warm and supportive space where teens and parents can begin sharing what has been going on. We’ll talk about your main concerns, what feels most stressful right now, and what you hope will change. Together, we’ll start identifying goals and next steps that feel realistic and helpful. My goal is for clients to leave feeling heard, supported, and more hopeful
