Great to meet you!

Welcome to a trauma-informed, life-informed approach to therapy. Covering the width & depth of your experience, Omni Therapy has had the honor & privilege of caring for all people, couples & individuals, for over 25 yrs. We take a simultaneous approach, tending to here & now and past events. Let us challenge you to identify what it is that throws interference to your life. What we may mask and hide in a dire effort to pass as "acceptable" or "normal" is a posture of curiosity!

A bit about my approach to therapy

At Omni-Therapy we provide goal directed short-term and long-tern therapy with measurable outcomes. Our objective is to move swiftly through to see what's really going on for you, and not to drag on week by week, without hitting content. There is great respect for your time and there is urgency to get you where you need, true to your own subjective experience, ASAP. We offer warmth in our approach, challenge in interaction, and measurable difference/s for you.

What you can expect from our first session

You will be taken seriously as the individual that you are, in your own uniqueness. If you are ready for change, we invite you to work together with us in engaging and effective, interactive weekly sessions. Omni-Therapy psychotherapy is here to meet you where you are at and to help you stretch to where you can and desire to go. Whether this is your first time in therapy or not, there is a warm welcome for you and an active process of engagement that can begin.
