Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, PMHNP-BC) who values connection, compassion, and trust. With a background in both family and mental health care, I strive to see the full picture of each person, mind and body. I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and insomnia. My goal is to create a safe space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered as they work toward balance and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I focus on building a genuine connection and understanding each person’s unique story. Together, we create a plan that may include therapy, lifestyle changes, and, when appropriate, medication management. I believe in open communication, shared decisions, and small, steady steps toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a comfortable conversation focused on getting to know you, your concerns, goals, and what you hope to gain from care. I take time to listen, answer questions, and help you feel at ease. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and what our work together will look like moving forward.
