Great to meet you!

I have been licensed inTennessee as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-MHSP) for 24 years. Having served as the Clinical Director for a residential treatment center and outpatient counseling center, as well as private practice, I have experience working with clients in a variety of areas such as anxiety, depression, parenting, infertility, relationship issues, abuse, trauma, adoption, grief and loss, professional/ministry burn-out, spiritual abuse, and faith related concerns.

My approach to therapy

My Counseling style is deeply rooted in my Christian faith and in Biblical Truth. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is my favorite clinical approach, but I am also very collaborative when it comes to finding the approach that is most useful for each individual client based on their personal goals and the challenges they are working through.

What you can expect from me

I work hard at creating a safe and welcoming space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported, and I consider it the highest honor to be invited into another person's journey. I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story!
