Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist in California with over 10 years of experience in mental health working in various settings, including schools, community, and outpatient clinics. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression or coping with addictions, trauma, life stressors and abuse.

One of my biggest strengths in therapy is utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support you in your journey. CBT is a widely recognized and effective therapeutic approach that can help you develop new perspectives, overcome challenges, and make positive changes in your life.

A little something about myself—I'm a huge Disney fan, Disneyland brings back my childhood memories so strongly that I practically turn into a big kid the moment I walk through the gates.

My approach to therapy

A supportive, open-minded, and empathic approach to therapy centers on meeting you exactly where you are, without judgment or assumptions. I listen deeply, validate your experiences, and work collaboratively to understand your unique perspective. This style of therapy creates a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely, feel truly heard, and move toward growth at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

A first therapy session is typically gentle, welcoming, and focused on helping you feel comfortable. I will spend time getting to know you, learning what brings you in, and exploring what you hope to gain from therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—you're encouraged to go at your own pace. The session is really about building trust, asking questions, and beginning to create a safe space where you can feel supported and understood.

Initial session time slots may vary.
