Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Onome Idolor, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner offering medication management and talk therapy in a welcoming, supportive space. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other challenges that can feel overwhelming or out of balance.

My background includes experience as a registered nurse in emergency nursing, inpatient psychiatry, outpatient clinics, and substance use treatment. Now, as a nurse practitioner, I bring this comprehensive experience to meeting people where they are—with honesty, compassion, and without judgment.

I understand that opening up about mental health can feel vulnerable. Maybe life has felt unmanageable, or you’re feeling stuck, burned out, disconnected, or just not yourself. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. You just need a safe space and someone who will meet you there. That’s the kind of space I strive to create.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and personalized. I integrate evidence-based medication management with integrative, person-centered care to craft treatment plans that reflect your unique needs. I listen with intention, collaborate closely, and help you set realistic, meaningful goals as you move toward balance and well-being at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Through tele-psychiatry sessions, we’ll develop a treatment plan that equips you with coping strategies and empowers you to take charge of your mental health.

I’m here to walk with you, honoring your experience and holding space for your pain, progress, and everything in between. Together, we’ll build self-awareness, resilience, and intentional growth. Even in challenging times, I support clients in reconnecting with their inner strength and embracing future possibilities.
