Great to meet you!

I have a strong background working with adolescents and adults on various interpersonal issues. I assist individuals with concerns such as anxiety, low self esteem, trauma, and family and peer relationship dynamics.

My approach to therapy

Due to my education and experience working with those post trauma, I help individuals in regaining their daily functioning that is often compromised when one is a victim. I have training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My strong engagement skills assist in helping clients find the skills that best work for them to improve their lives.

What you can expect from me

Individuals must be in NJ during sessions. I am licensed to practice only in NJ.

All feelings are valid and I provide a non-judgmental and comfortable place for those seeking assistance. I aim to provide assistance to individuals on advocating for themselves by building their self esteem and confidence. I am considerate in my treatment planning with individuals because each person has particularly unique lives and experiences.
