Great to meet you!

Life can be overwhelming, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship challenges, therapy can provide the clarity and support you need. I offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your emotions, develop coping strategies, and build a more fulfilling life. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes at your own pace.

As a dedicated and compassionate therapist, I tailor my approach to your unique needs, integrating evidence-based techniques such as CBT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. Our sessions are collaborative and supportive, helping you gain insight, reduce stress, and develop practical tools to move forward with confidence.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you're ready to start your journey toward healing, I’d love to support you. Reach out today to schedule a free consultation or book your first session. Let’s work together to create the change you’re looking for.

My approach to therapy

CBT treatment usually involves efforts to change thinking patterns. These strategies might include:

  • Learning to recognize one’s distortions in thinking that are creating problems, and then to reevaluate them in light of reality.
  • Gaining a better understanding of the behavior and motivation of others.
  • Using problem-solving skills to cope with difficult situations.
  • Learning to develop a greater sense of confidence in one’s own abilities.

CBT treatment also usually involves efforts to change behavioral patterns. These strategies might include:

  • Facing one’s fears instead of avoiding them.
  • Using role playing to prepare for potentially problematic interactions with others.
  • Learning to calm one’s mind and relax one’s body.

Person-centered counselling is a form of therapy that focuses on human potential, free will and self-discovery. It is one of the 'humanistic' approaches to therapy. Person-centered therapy empowers the client to take control of their mental health without judgment and helps improve the client's self-awareness.
