I am a licensed mental health clinician who believes in prioritizing our mental health.I’ve been in practice since 2009 working with adolescents, couple, family and individual from a variety of backgrounds and current/history of mental health stressor such as anxiety, depression, relational problems/challenges etc. Congratulations on seeking help as it is part of self care.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The beauty of therapy is the many tools and interventions to explore in order for everyone's needs to cared for. I like to meet my clients on their needs level. We will become partners in your therapeutic journey to help you active your goals. It’s important for us to keep and maintain relational boundaries such as trust, respect and communicate openly. My goal is to actively listen with unconditional positive regards as I support you with the challenges you will encounter along the way in the sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

I usually started with introductions session, follow up from previous session and allowing the space to narrative story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Through out the sessions, we are a team to help you achieve your therapeutic goals as you practice in your routines and functioning. My goal is to make our therapeutic relationship a welcoming and empathic space in order for you to feel secure and heard.
