Great to meet you!

I have been working with youth and families since 2016 and have spent my career supporting people through challenging times. For three years, I worked at a domestic violence shelter, helping individuals and families find safety, stability, and support. I also spent four years working with a local crisis agency, where I developed strong skills in crisis intervention and supporting people during difficult moments.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, respectful, and focused on creating a space where people feel comfortable talking about what they’re going through. I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s needs.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will spend time getting to know each other. I will ask questions about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any challenges you’ve been experiencing. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and decide if working together feels like a good fit. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and understood from the very beginning.
