Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflict, stress, or major life transitions on your own. I believe healing begins when you have a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. Whether you're navigating depression, grief and loss, identity concerns, cultural or ethnic challenges, anger management, or the lasting effects of difficult experiences, you don't have to face it alone. I work with adults who are ready to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and develop healthier ways to cope with life's challenges. Together, we'll focus on building on your strengths while creating meaningful, lasting change that aligns with your goals, values, and the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self while we work toward meaningful progress together. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, Positive Psychology, and behavioral interventions, selecting the techniques that best fit your goals. Whether you're working through ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, family issues, grief, identity exploration, or stress management, we'll develop practical strategies that help you feel more confident, resilient, and empowered both inside and outside of our sessions.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we take time to understand what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to accomplish. Together, we'll create a plan that reflects your individual needs, strengths, and goals while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Throughout our work, I'll provide support, encouragement, and practical tools to help you navigate challenges, gain greater clarity, and build lasting skills for everyday life. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, empowered, and more confident in your ability to create meaningful, positive change.
