Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience. I’ve worked with individuals and families facing co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges in inpatient, outpatient, residential, forensic, and crisis settings. My background includes degrees in Psychology, Social Work, and Adult Education. I’m passionate about helping people reclaim their lives and move toward lasting recovery. Clients can expect compassion, respect, and a strong commitment to meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and recovery-focused. I meet clients where they are and help them build on their strengths while addressing barriers to healing. I use evidence-based methods such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My goal is to help clients develop practical tools for lasting change. I also value connecting clients with resources that support their overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space in the first session. I take time to understand your concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals for therapy. This is also a chance for you to ask questions and share what you hope to gain from the process. Together, we’ll begin identifying the areas you want to work on and discuss a plan that fits your needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful.
