Great to meet you!

I work with individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns, with a special focus on anxiety, OCD, depression, life transitions and psychosis. Many of my clients come to therapy struggling with overwhelming worry, panic, intrusive thoughts, or self-doubt—and I’m committed to creating a safe, personalized, and nonjudgmental space where they can explore these challenges with support and clarity. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and a holistic mind-body-spirit perspective. I collaborate with clients to reduce distress, build coping tools, and foster resilience and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I am a certified Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, which means my CBT training has been formally reviewed and board certified. What that looks like in practice depends on what you bring. With anxiety and OCD we look at the thoughts and habits that keep the worry cycle turning, and build practical tools you can use between sessions. With depression and big life changes, we work on regaining momentum and getting clear on what matters to you. I also specialize in CBT for psychosis, where the focus is reducing the distress a symptom causes, increasing self- awareness, and supporting functional recovery. Throughout, I hold a holistic view of mind, body, and spirit, and we move at a pace you set.

What you can expect from me

I welcome clients from all backgrounds and with a variety of therapeutic needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, major life changes, or unusual thoughts and experiences, I aim to offer therapy that is compassionate, creative, and practical—helping you move toward a more grounded and meaningful life.
