I'm Tomi, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience treating patients across the lifespan. My passion for deeply understanding individual's unique needs makes me a natural at this job. I work with my patients in a partnership that lets us build a plan that will work the best for them!
I first and foremost provide a thorough assessment of my client's physical, emotional, social, and psychological well-being. I then offer various types of therapy coupled with medication management if deemed appropriate.
Beyond symptom management, my clients will learn strategies for long-term mental health maintenance and relapse prevention. This includes developing a strong support network, practicing self-care, and recognizing signs of potential relapse.
Clients will walk away knowing they have a nonjudgmental and supportive space they can share their feelings. They will feel validated and ready for healing. My clients will know they can count on me to show up for them and support them through their best and worst times!
