Orith Zabari

Hello, I am Orith Zabari, owner of Soma Flow, which is located in Orange County, NY. I am a New York licensed creative arts therapist and a board-certified dance/movement therapist with over 15 years experience, working in a variety of clinical settings, and private practice. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, loss/bereavement, trauma, and autism spectrum as well as behavioral disorders. I am also certified in integrative somatic trauma therapy, breathwork and meditation.

As a Dance/Movement Therapist, I use movement as the core tool for healing and growth. I believe in a holistic, humanistic approach that utilizes the creative process and therapeutic relationship to help individuals reach their fullest potential. My strengths lie in creativity, compassion, and empathy through creative modalities.

In our sessions, we would integrate movement, music, journaling, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic work.

You would learn to connect and attune to your whole being, gain greater awareness, learn new skills to help reduce anxiety/stress/depression, have someone to vent to, change habitual patterns, express yourself, and process unresolved issues/trauma.

You are the expert on you, your health and life. I am merely a facilitator of your journey. Together we will co-create what works best for you.
