I have 12 years of experience as a professional counselor, I have worked with adults, adolescents, and couples. I have addressed mental health conditions, marital issues, career related concerns, and protective service involvement.
I work with clients based on their identified needs and goals that they would like to achieve during their therapeutic journey. I am professional and respectful and work to create an environment in which client's share only what they are comfortable discussing.
Clients will leave each session with a plan and next steps to practice between sessions.
