Great to meet you!

Therapy offers a supportive space to help individuals navigate stressors and life’s challenges. My goal as a therapist is to work collaboratively with clients to understand their experiences and develop a personalized plan to overcome obstacles. I strive to create a non-judgmental, open-minded environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to share their stories.

My approach to therapy

My primary therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, men's issues, and religious abuse. I’m passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to explore and better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe and supportive environment. Together, we work to identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, build healthier coping strategies, and move toward meaningful personal goals.
