Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing compassionate, collaborative care for individuals navigating a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and adjustment disorders. I understand how symptoms can affect sleep, energy, focus, motivation, and relationships, and how difficult it can feel when you’re “not yourself.”

My approach is holistic and structured. We look at the full picture, including stress, lifestyle, routines, physical symptoms, and your environment, while using evidence-based care to reduce symptoms and improve daily functioning. I provide medication management as part of treatment, with an emphasis on education, shared decision-making, and close follow-up so you feel informed and supported throughout care. My goal is to help you feel more grounded and confident, with practical tools and a plan that fits your needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, structured, and collaborative. I take time to understand the full picture, including your symptoms, lifestyle, stressors, sleep, routines, physical health, and environment, and then we build a clear plan with measurable goals. I use evidence-based care and provide medication management as part of treatment, with a focus on education, shared decision-making, and close follow-up. My goal is to help you feel better day to day with practical tools and a plan that fits your life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, judgment-free space and a structured first visit. We’ll review what brought you in, your current symptoms, stressors, sleep and appetite, medical history, and any past treatment. I’ll ask focused questions to clarify the diagnosis and understand how symptoms are affecting your daily functioning. We’ll then create an initial treatment plan together, which includes medication management as part of care, along with education, recommendations for therapy supports when helpful, and practical coping strategies you can start right away. You’ll leave with clear next steps, what to expect moving forward, and a follow-up plan.
