Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Post University and have extensive experience in psychiatric, clinical, case management, and community-based settings.

I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and complex cases requiring careful diagnosis and medication management. My approach is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and personalized. I take time to understand each client’s unique story and develop a treatment plan focused on stability, clarity, and long-term emotional wellness.

My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their care.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a calm, collaborative, and solution-focused manner. My style is warm yet direct—I create a supportive, judgment-free space while also providing clear clinical guidance. I believe in taking time to listen carefully, conduct thorough evaluations, and ensure clients fully understand their diagnosis and treatment options.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and complex cases that require detailed medication review or diagnostic clarification. My approach is evidence-based and culturally responsive, recognizing how life stressors, family dynamics, and social factors impact mental health.

Treatment with me is structured but personalized. We set clear goals, monitor progress consistently, and adjust the plan as needed. I often collaborate with therapists and primary care providers to ensure comprehensive care. My focus is on helping clients achieve emotional stability, clarity, and sustainable long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, structured, and supportive environment. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns without judgment. We will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, reviewing your current symptoms, history, stressors, medical background, and any previous treatments.

Together, we will clarify your goals—whether that’s reducing anxiety, improving mood, stabilizing medications, sleeping better, or simply feeling more like yourself again. I will provide clear feedback, discuss diagnostic impressions, and outline treatment options so you understand the plan moving forward.

You will leave the first session with greater clarity, a collaborative treatment plan, and concrete next steps toward emotional stability and long-term wellness.
