Osaze is a licensed mental health counselor, EMDR trained and studied clinical mental health counseling.
He works with individuals using an eclectic/integrative approach, and utilizes variety of interventions/techniques that includes, but not limited to, CBT, DBT, REBT, EMDR, MI and SFT. He maintains an understanding that everyone is at different places in their lives, and everyone's experience, abilities, struggles and needs are different. Thus, Osaze's approach to treatment is personalized and uniquely tailored to suit/meet the needs of the individual.
