Great to meet you!

I value honesty, respect, and collaboration in the therapy process. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing difficult experiences and emotions. My approach is supportive but also goal-oriented, helping clients develop practical tools they can use in their everyday lives.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier coping strategies. I also integrate elements of strengths-based and experiential approaches to help clients better understand how past experiences influence current behaviors and relationships. When working with couples, I incorporate techniques from the Gottman Method to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection.

My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop effective coping tools, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

During the session, we will discuss your symptoms, life stressors, and any previous experiences with therapy or mental health support. I will also explain how therapy works, answer any questions you may have, and begin identifying goals for treatment.

The first session is not about having all the answers right away—it is about building trust, understanding your needs, and beginning to develop a plan that supports your growth and well-being.
