Great to meet you!

If you've been carrying something heavy, or just feel stuck, you don't have to figure it out alone. I'm Oscar, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and everyday stress. I bring genuine curiosity, a little humor, and a real belief that growth is possible for anyone willing to show up. Ready to take a look at what's been keeping you back? Let's talk.

My approach to therapy

I integrate CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based interventions in a way that feels engaging and down-to-earth. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or intimidating—so I bring authenticity, humor, and curiosity into the room while maintaining a strong clinical foundation. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable being themselves while doing meaningful, growth-oriented work.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a comfortable, warm, and safe space where you’re free to share your thoughts, concerns, and needs at your own pace. The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what brings you in, and begin exploring what you’d like to gain from our work together. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—just showing up is enough.
