Great to meet you!

My professional journey has exposed me to a wide range of individuals and conditions. I specialize in Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Crisis, Anger, Adolescent, Men's issues, and Self-esteem problems. My clinical expertise was honed in refugee and foster shelters, crisis programs, and mental health initiatives run by local non-profit organizations, as well as during my graduate studies in Laredo, Texas. I understand the unique challenges you may be facing, and I'm here to help you navigate them.

My approach to therapy

Reaching out for help can be a challenging step, one that requires a significant amount of courage. As your therapist, I want to assure you that I deeply respect and honor this bravery. In our sessions, we will work collaboratively, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we will uncover the inherent strengths that may be difficult to recognize at the moment.

What you can expect from me

I've encountered individuals who, despite their strength, felt uneasy about seeking assistance. This is a natural response; you've had to be resilient. However, this doesn't mean you shouldn't have the opportunity to process these experiences; and should be able to thrive and lead a healthier life. If you allow me, I can offer you a secure and non-judgmental environment to explore these emotions and thoughts, and together, we can strive for more positive perspectives.
