I started my career at Hospice El Paso providing grief and crisis Counseling. After that experience I continued at University Behavioral Health hospital where I helped adults and adolescents with different issues. I have been in private practice for several years; I want to offer my background to continue being the professional to help clients dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, conflicts, ADHD, relationships and grief.
I pay attention to my client's story to understand what is important in our sessions; I want to help you to handle your struggles teaching you strategies to be successful in every area of your life. I practice Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy to work in our sessions.
