Great to meet you!

I am Dr. Osman Jalloh (DNP), a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and an Adult Nurse Practitioner. In addition to prescribing medications, I incorporate motivational interview, cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and forms of therapy in my treatment regimen. I listen to my patients as we develop a therapeutic relationship so that the patient and I can work together to attain and maintain future goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to mental health is to pinpoint how a patient's mental, physical, spiritual, genetics and psychosocial well-being may contribute to their mental wellness. I listen to my patients as we develop a therapeutic relationship so that the patient and I can work together to attain and maintain "wellness".

What you can expect from me

I provide a therapeutic environment that is compassionate, empathetic and safe. You will learn and practice using new, healthier methods of coping and making positive, healthy changes in your behavior or routine.

My sessions will help you gain relief from your symptoms, maintain or improve daily functioning, and improve your quality of life
