I have experience working with individuals, families, and couples. I have experience serving diverse populations with a wide range of mental health concern. I believe in a person centered counseling approach where my clients are able to feel a sense of respect and autonomy. In addition, I utilize motivational interviewing skills, solution focused therapy, reality therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
