Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who works with children, adolescents, and adults. I treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and other mood and behavioral concerns. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals and improves your overall quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best outcomes come from a collaborative partnership between provider and patient. My approach combines medication management with supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and practical coping strategies tailored to each individual's needs. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where patients can openly discuss their concerns and actively participate in treatment decisions. My focus is helping patients achieve meaningful, measurable improvements while building long-term skills for emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

During our first appointment, I will take time to understand your symptoms, concerns, personal history, and treatment goals. We will discuss what has been helpful in the past, identify areas that need attention, and develop an initial treatment plan together. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling understood, informed, and confident about the next steps in your care.
