Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! My name is Owen and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Starting therapy or trying it again can be overwhelming, and I’m here to make the process feel safe and approachable. I support adults dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. I provide communication-focused, trauma-informed couples counseling for relationship stress, emotional disconnection, and conflict resolution. My goal is to help you feel understood, grounded, and supported as we work toward finding your inner peace.

My approach to therapy

I take a calm, down-to-earth approach, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies to help you build insight and create meaningful change. I lead with curiosity and compassion, offering guidance that’s practical, clear, and centered on what matters most to you. I’m supportive but direct, helping you stay focused while building skills that genuinely improve daily life. My aim is to help you find and protect your peace in a hectic world.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is relaxed and centered on helping you feel at ease. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’re hoping for, and how we can work together to set clear, realistic goals and break them into manageable steps. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and a space that feels safe to return to.
