Great to meet you!

Feeling Overwhelmed, Stuck, or Searching for Meaning? Are you struggling with anxiety, trying to make sense of a major life change, or processing difficult experiences from your past? It can be exhausting trying to navigate these challenges alone. My goal is to provide a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Therapy is a partnership. The most important part of our work together is the relationship we build—one based on trust, empathy, and respect. You are the expert on your own life; I'm here to offer support, perspective, and professional guidance as we travel through life's challenges together.

I'm here to serve you. I love helping people find happiness, peace of mind, and discover the light within themselves.

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to their relationships or family. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.

My approach to therapy

We create a relaxed exchange together that is familial, and often the issues needed to be addressed will show up for processing and healing.

What you can expect from me

Hopefully, you are happier, more confident, and feel relieved and inspired.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment, I'll help you learn how to push back against those thoughts to change your feelings for the better.
