Working with complex challenges requires warm, responsive support. My focus areas are trauma, anxiety, gender identity, sexual orientation issues, and more.

I love to help people with multiple things happening, and multiple challenges to address simultaneously. While approaching multiple obstacles can feel overwhelming, with the right support change can happen.

I am dedicated to each client I work with. I use human-centered evidence-based modalities. These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and EMDR, which empower clients while giving them tangible steps to a fuller, more workable life.
