I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. I have many years’ experience working with depression, anxiety, life transitions, loss, trauma, relationship/family issues, self-esteem/imposter syndrome concerns, and many other mental health concerns across the lifespan.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is relational, psychodynamic, and strength-based. I also draw upon mindfulness, solution focused and cognitive behavior therapies; however, what I am most interested in is working with you to find an approach to best meet your needs.
