Great to meet you!
I help adults navigate the challenges of mood disorders, grief, personality adaptations, complex trauma, OCD, intimacy issues, and sexual concerns. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where healing, growth, and insight can unfold at your pace.
Originally trained as a Clinical Psychologist in Cuba, I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Before immigrating to the United States, I served as a Clinical Psychologist and Adjunct Professor of Cognitive Psychology at the University of Havana. My multicultural background informs a deep sensitivity to how culture, identity, and personal history influence mental health.
