About Me

Hello and welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a board-certified Psychiatry Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a deep commitment to helping individuals find clarity, healing, and balance in their mental health journey. My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with compassionate, individualized support tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, or other emotional challenges, my role is to partner with you — not just as a provider, but as someone who genuinely listens, understands, and empowers. I believe mental health care should be collaborative, respectful, and rooted in trust. That’s why I take the time to understand the whole person — your story, your strengths, and what wellness means to you.

I offer a range of services including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy — all delivered with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism.

Taking the first step toward mental wellness can be difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk with you — one conversation at a time.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my approach to care is patient-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered in their mental health journey.

I emphasize a collaborative relationship with my clients—working together to understand the root of their challenges, set achievable goals, and develop personalized treatment plans that may include psychotherapy, medication management, lifestyle modifications, and integrative strategies.

My care is holistic, taking into account the mind-body connection, social and environmental influences, and cultural background of each client. I believe mental wellness is deeply individual, so I tailor my interventions to meet each person where they are, with empathy, clinical insight, and a commitment to ongoing support.

By combining therapeutic listening, clinical evaluation, and evidence-based interventions, I help clients build resilience, manage symptoms, and move toward a more stable, fulfilling life.
